Mr. O’Toole began his professional career in 1997 and since that time has gained varied experience in Architectural Design, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Specifications and Cost Estimating. Mr. O’Toole has been involved with Design and Construction projects in both the public and private sectors encompassing a variety of building types. In the public sector Mr. O’Toole has worked with State and Local agencies on Institutional, Industrial, Transportation and Health Care facility planning; and in the private sector Mr. O’Toole has worked with Clients on Institutional, Commercial and Retail facilities. Since joining Regent Associates, Inc., in 2007 Mr. O’Toole has, almost exclusively, used his varied experience towards the design and production of automobile dealerships.
As a member of Regent Associates, Inc., and as a Senior Project Manager, Mr. O’Toole is responsible for the preparation and coordination of schematic design, design development and final contract documentation, as well as managing construction phase services.
