We have had a working relationship with Regent Associates for 12 years. Throughout this time we have witnessed the firm’s growth to the size they are today. It is rare that a design firm can offer high-level expertise along with outstanding service and a collaborative approach, yet Regent Associates provides all three. It is also rare that the owner of any design firm visits each project on a weekly basis attending to the needs of the client and the contractor, yet Mark Regent makes this commitment to do so. They are a talented and creative group of designers with high-level communication skills and a practical minded approach. We look forward to each and every assignment that we have an opportunity to work on with Regent Associates, and would highly recommend them to any client that may have a need for architectural services.

Regent Associates took on the challenge of designing a new Toyota/Scion Dealership for us on a limited acreage site, and did so in a timely and professional manner. They engineered a building that incorporates every aspect a contemporary automobile dealership must provide for its customers today. Mark Regent was a constant presence at all site meetings, and the lines of communication were always open.
We would recommend their services to anyone who is in the process of renovating or building from the ground up. We are extremely proud of our building and would invite you to call if interested in a personal tour.

It is a privilege to offer a few comments on my professional relationship with Mr. Mark Regent, and his firm, Regent Associates, Inc. of Westborough, MA.
I serve as Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.’s Executive Vice President and General Manager. I have recently had the opportunity to renew my working relationship with Regent Associates that began over 15 years ago with a new school building project with Mark Regent. My most recent project with Regent Associates is the Herb Chambers Company’s new Lexus automobile dealership in Sharon, MA.
The Regent Associates’ design of the Lexus dealership struck a remarkable balance between visionary design, functional spaces, and cost effective detailing. Regent was extremely sensitive to the operational requirements of the facility and the expectation of a high level of finish that Chambers’ customers expect. The specification of materials was thorough, coordinated, and appropriate to the building program.
Regent’s office worked closely with our construction team and provided valuable insight and constructive suggestions during every step of construction. Mark Regent’s extensive experience with automotive facility design and construction was invaluable during the selection and award of subcontracts. Their collaboration with Suffolk and the client insured that the client achieved tremendous value within the budget established.
Regent was an active member of the construction team, interacting with subcontractors regularly throughout the project. Regent’s commitment to the project, hard work, and dedication resulted in the challenging project deadlines being met.
We would welcome the opportunity to partner with Regent Associates on a future project.

The American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts built its current state-of-the-art headquarters five years ago. The committee was unanimous in the selection of Regent Associates, Inc., based on Irwin Regent’s initial presentation. Regent Associates provided the design for a high quality building that serves the region. From site acquisition to design and through the construction phase, Regent Associates diligently worked to create a functional and affordable structure. Irwin worked with all of the major constituents of the American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts and performed a needs analysis that resulted in the design of a facility that successfully meets the needs of each department in providing the organization’s essential programs and services to the community. Throughout the country, the American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts headquarters is considered a model Red Cross building.

Just a note to tell you that our new facility is absolutely gorgeous. It’s well-planned, from the basic layout to the most minute detail; and it’s well-designed, in terms of both function and aesthetics.
Most importantly, it’s a triumph of teamwork, a structure involving Everett Mink, Spec-mark, our technical people, me, and especially you in the key role. Personally, I can say that working with you was a sheer delight, and I no longer have any questions about what architects do to earn their fee!
There’s not one employee here who isn’t more comfortable, more productive, and simply beaming from ear to ear, since we moved in last week. You can take great pride in what you’ve created for us, and satisfaction in the knowledge that you have one very pleased client.

Thank you both for the superb job you did with our construction project. I know we put you under the gun a bit with a tight construction schedule.
Your cooperation and hard work on projects is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working with you on future projects.

I recently had the opportunity to tour the referenced new Abby Kelley High School. I commend you on your architectural vision to renovate this building into a high school and the truly outstanding result. The completed school is truly first class and I am sure among the best of inner city high school designs in the country.
