Completed in five phases over a period of several years, Regent Associates was commissioned to completely renovate the 100+ year-old building to accommodate the needs of Edison’s new charter school in Worcester. All work had to be limited to a great extent to what could be done during the summer months when school was not in session. A new four-story entrance addition was constructed to connect all seven floor elevations to allow full handicapped access and give the school an impressive entrance.
